The day was extremely wet and
mosquitoes were very loving.
The first site Fred showed us was
for Tourmalines, the second site was
for Apatite, the third site was for
exercise, only thing there was mica.
We checked out a spot on Highway 28
for Quartz crystals, but time was
running out for us so we left Fred
digging for quartz crystals.
Wildlife encountered was Frogs,
Toads, Salamanders, Shrews, and
millions of mosquitoes and the odd
black fly.
